Terms & Conditions

The terms under which you use techlegion.ch and become a member of TechLegion Verein.

1. Association

TechLegion Switzerland is a non-profit association (Verein) organized under Swiss law (art. 60ff. of the Swiss Civil Code) and registered in Zug, Switzerland. These Terms & Conditions apply to all use of techlegion.ch and to all members.

2. Membership

Membership is open to any natural person aged 18 or older who supports our mission and statutes. Submitting the membership application form is a legally binding declaration to join TechLegion Verein and to pay the annual membership fee.

3. Membership fee

The annual membership fee is CHF 100. Fees are due within 30 days of approval and are non-refundable except where required by Swiss law. Failure to pay may result in termination of membership.

4. Member rights and duties

Members have the right to participate in the General Assembly, vote on association matters, and access member-only events. Members are expected to uphold our Code of Conduct (available on request) and contribute to a respectful, inclusive community.

5. Termination

Membership may be terminated by written notice at the end of any calendar year. Membership may also be terminated by the Board for failure to pay fees, breach of statutes, or conduct harmful to TechLegion.

6. Use of techlegion.ch

You may use the website for personal, lawful and non-commercial purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the website, scrape it at scale, or use it to spread illegal or harmful content.

7. Intellectual property

The TechLegion name, logo, brand and content on techlegion.ch are protected by intellectual-property rights. You may not use them without our prior written consent except for fair use such as press coverage.

8. Limitation of liability

The website and our services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by Swiss law. TechLegion is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or participation in events.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law. The courts of Zug, Switzerland, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms.
